BASIC VENUE INFORMATION

Dates

  • Official training days will begin on 10th July and will end on July 14th.
  • The event will take place in the period of 14th – 24th July 2021.
  • The opening briefing will be on 14thJuly 2021, at approximately 20.00LT.

Deadlines

  • Deadline for Preliminary Entries – 12th April 2021
  • Deadline for Entries and Entry Fee payment – 28th May 2021
  • Deadline for Free Known sequence submission – 9th July 2021 at 23:59.
  • Officials are requested to contact Organizer with their traveling plans not later then 16th June 2021.

Accommodation and Meals

  • Accommodation for all participants will be arranged from 14th July to 25th July (11 nights).
  • Meals for all participants will be provided from 14th July (dinner) to 24th July (dinner).

Training Flights

  • Official training flights at LKHS airfield will be possible from 10th July till July 14th July. The competition box will be marked during official training days.
  • For earlier training flights contact Organizer.
  • Organizer is able to arrange training at other airfields in vicinity.

Booking of slots for official training days will be available at the official contest website cz from 22nd June 2021.

The Organization

Operational organizer is Czech Airsport Center together with Aeroklub České Budějovice as the LKHS airport operator. The event will take place at Hosín airfield (LKHS), located about 120km South of Prague. Find out more information below.

Pilot License Validation and VISA

  • Organizer will provide support to all participants with legislative arangements concerning traveling to and from Czech Republic (EU), pilot’s licensing to carry out flying related to WAAC 2021 and other related help.
  • Preliminary Registration is not required for this service.

Aircraft Rental and Sharing

  • Organizer will provide individual support to those Participants who wish to rent aircraft by providing list of those available and will provide contact with their owners. Please note, that final agreement for aircraft use will always be up to the negotiation between Participant and Owner. Organizer will not act as third party in such negotiation or agreement.
  • Individual support for aircraft rental and sharing will be provided only to Participants who sent their Preliminary Entries within set deadline. Go to Preliminary Registration Form.
  • Please state in Preliminary Entry form if you are able to provide your aircraft for sharing with other participants.
